Virtia LLC is an independent app development company based in Wilmington, Delaware. We design, build, publish and operate our own applications for the web, iPhone and iPad, and we run the infrastructure behind them ourselves. Every product follows the same rule: one clear job, done completely, with a person on the other end of support.
What we make
Our apps include Strassi, an operations platform for short-term rental hosts and property managers; Wanderwort, a language-learning app for iPhone, iPad and Mac; and, in development, Amigo (a desktop email client), Quill (a living book for long-form writing) and FamilyVault (an end-to-end encrypted vault for families). Web and Apple versions are planned for each.
What we believe
- Depth over breadth. A product should finish the job it takes on.
- Own the stack. We host on our own servers, back up nightly to off-site storage, and monitor everything ourselves.
- Support is part of the product. Every application has a support address that reaches the people who built it.
